Shipping Information
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Whether you buy one item or more, your delivery is free.
All orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 10 PM UK time. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Shipping (Free): All orders with free standard shipping are dispatched the same day if placed by 10 PM UK time. You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Express Shipping (Paid): If you choose express shipping (for an additional cost), your order will be guaranteed to arrive the next day if placed by 10 PM UK time.
Yes, we offer next day express delivery. The cost for this option will be shown once you enter your shipping details at checkout.
All our orders are dispatched from the UK.
Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries outside the UK. However, due to political issues, high rates of lost packages in transit, shipment complications, customs fees, and other challenges, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Israel, Russia, South Korea, Ukraine We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Unlike UK orders, shipping for international orders is not free. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties, taxes, or any other import charges, may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or order total. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or returned to us, we will fully refund the order price you paid to us. However, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
